General Information
What services does Aligned Health provide?
Aligned Health offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including:
- Urgent Care and Primary Care
- Physical Exams (DOT, sports, school)
- Lab Tests and Screenings (COVID, Flu, Strep, etc.)
- Medical Weight Loss Programs
- Aesthetic Services (Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, dermaplaning)
- IV Nutrient Therapy (e.g., Myers’ Cocktail, Glutathione, NAD)
Our clinic is located at 1313 Johnson Blvd, Murray, KY 42071. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Subject to close on Holidays, please see our Facebook page for updated Holiday hours
Appointments
Do I need an appointment?
While we accept walk-ins, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure timely service. You can contact us at (270) 917-1401 or via email at ahadmin@alignedhealthmurray.com to book your visit.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, we prioritize patient access to care and offer same-day appointments whenever possible. Please contact us directly to check availability.
Insurance & Payment
Do you accept insurance?
Aligned Health operates primarily on a private-pay model. However, we can provide a superbill (an itemized invoice) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance plan.
Can I use my FSA or HSA?
Yes, many patients use their Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to pay for clinical fees, specialty tests, and supplements. We recommend checking with your FSA/HSA provider for specific details.
Services & Policies
Can Aligned Health be my primary care provider (PCP)?
Yes, Sarah or Leslye would be happy to be your PCP for annual health maintenance visits, vaccinations, and regular screenings. We are available for urgent appointments during regular office hours. For life-threatening emergencies and/or after-hour care, please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room.
What should I expect during my first visit?
During your initial consultation, our providers will review your medical history, discuss your health concerns, and develop a personalized treatment plan. For weight loss or aesthetic services, this may include a confidential consultation to determine the best approach for you.
Telehealth & Patient Portal
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes, we provide telehealth services to help our patients feel better, sooner. You can access your appointments and health information through our secure Patient Portal.
